By using HAUS you agree to these terms.

The service

HAUS is software for managing PGs, hostels and rentals, plus a portal for their residents. It is currently in early access and offered as is, and features may change.

Owner responsibilities

• Only add residents and documents you are allowed to collect, and keep your records accurate.
• Rent, charges, deposits and settlements shown in HAUS are calculated from the data you enter. You are responsible for the final amounts you agree with residents.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Residents

Your PG owner manages your records. For questions about your rent, deposit or stay, contact your PG owner or manager.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, try to access other people’s data, or upload unlawful content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, HAUS is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using data in the app.
